Hey, I’m Marlene

I provide postpartum support that helps families feel grounded, supported, and at ease as they adjust to life with a newborn. I aim to make those first weeks calmer, smoother, and a little more joyful.

My Approach

Raised in México, I learned the importance of surrounding mothers and families with care and community. I bring that perspective to my work through a holistic, family-centered approach, offering emotional support and guidance. It truly takes a village, and I’m here to be part of yours.

About Me

For over 15 years, I’ve had the joy of supporting families through all the early stages of parenthood. I’ve been there for newborn care, toddlerhood, and everything in between, helping parents feel confident as their families grow. My experience spans early childhood education, professional nannying, international Au Pair roles, and specialized newborn and family care, giving me a broad perspective on the challenges and joys of raising children.

I’m DONA-trained, certified through Birth and Baby University’s cross-training program, and pursuing a Holistic Infant Sleep Certification. I’m also pediatric CPR and First Aid certified and trained to support families transitioning home after NICU stays.

What I love most about this work is helping families feel supported and empowered—and yes, getting to hold adorable babies along the way!
